Good news! The upcoming Galaxy GeForce GTX 460 graphics card will support WHDI streaming. Basically, the WHDI is responsible in getting basic HD video playback from the laptop or PC and out into the PC. Also, this particular feature would also be available for video gamers too, whereby Amimon has incorporated their WHDI technology into the latest Galaxy GeForce GTX 460 WHDI Edition video card.

Generally, video gamers would need to use their receiver adapter that would be plugged into any TV. Do take note that the WHDI is 2.0 compatible and the display can churn out 1080p 60fps onto the big screen. Of course, this particular card would be available in October, however, the manufacturer has yet to disclose on the price for the graphics card yet.

Wouldn’t it be nice if you could control your computer or media center through the Kinect? Well such ideas aren’t really that far fetched either, as you can now opt for a modded version of the Kinect, which allows you to provide gesture control for the Boxee and XBMC media center.

Generally, the allows the users to control the user interface on their media centers via hand gestures, whereby the modded Kinect will read the gestures and move things around the screen. Surely, the modded Kinect is a working product, and this particular device would be on sale soon. Take a closer look at the coolness of the KinEmote:
