Samsung is indeed a mainstream memory chip manufacturer, and apparently, the company has indicated that they have started manufacturing the 4GB LPDDR2 memory modules that would be based on the 30nm architecture. Basically, the 30nm 4Gb 1066Mbps LPDDR2 (or simply Mobile DDR2) chips would be mainly outfitted onto mobile phones, whereby the package is miniaturized further by 20 percent as compared to its 40nm memory module predecessor.

Also, it seems that the new memory chips would boast 25 percent efficiency in power consumption too. Well the 1GB modules are already in production, while the 2GB version would be available the following month. Surely, having 2GB RAM for mobile phones would definitely increase the phone’s responsiveness, don’t you think so? *I’m drooling already, just thinking of the prospects of having enhanced memory on my phone*

I always love toggling around the in-flight entertainment system, whenever I’m onboard an aircraft, as I find the respective system to be very entertaining indeed – especially when you are on a long flight abroad. Nevertheless, Panasonic plans to revolutionize the entire in-flight entertainment system, simply by unveiling their latest system that runs on the Android operating system.

Dubbed as the eX3, this particular system runs on Android, and comes with a whole range of features, such as news feeds, on-board social networking, games, live television, and especially Facebook integration. Generally, it comes with a broadband internet connectivity, touchscreen controllers, GSM service, proximity sensors, capacitive screen, and you can also further customize it to include 3D displays too. Panasonic has just made the in-flight entertainment system even more interesting than before, don’t you agree?
